Meet Michele.
Founder and Lead Therapist
I am a therapist based in New York City with a passion for helping young professionals navigate life's complexities. I specialize in addressing a range of experiences including life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, reproductive mental health, and low self-esteem.
My therapy approach is both relatable and authentic, making my clients feel at ease from the moment we start our journey together.
My empathy and compassion shine through in every session, as I strive to deeply understand and genuinely care about my clients' life experiences. I aim to foster a safe and supportive environment where clients can openly share their thoughts and feelings. My clients are consistently met with understanding, encouragement, and clear and direct communication to help them gain new perspectives and achieve long-lasting change.
In addition to working with individual clients, I am deeply committed to helping couples cultivate thriving relationships.
Using tools from The Gottman Method, I support couples in uncovering and addressing persistent issues that hinder their relationship's growth. Through targeted interventions and a focus on effective communication, I help couples build a foundation of understanding, empathy, and mutual respect.
