Meet Samantha.

Associate Therapist

Having spent a meaningful part of my career in retail management and product merchandising in New York City, my passion for helping others to create meaningful change and overcome challenges with confidence and resilience led me to become a therapist.

In my work, I focus on empowering clients to set healthy boundaries that protect their well-being and goals while gaining the confidence to make decisions that align with their desired life.

Therapy is a journey of growth, and I believe that it’s possible to both enjoy the fun parts of life and evolve as you navigate changes, transitions, and new chapters. Whether you’re facing anxiety, dealing with past trauma, or simply seeking more balance in your life, my goal is to help you build the tools and confidence to move forward with clarity and strength.

I bring a wide range of life experiences to my practice, from transitioning careers to balancing career with family life as a wife and mother of two sons.

Living in downtown Manhattan, I understand the challenges and rewards of balancing personal growth with the demands of everyday life in a vibrant, fast-paced city.

In addition to my clinical work, I serve as the Director of Development on the Board of Candlelighters NYC, an organization dedicated to supporting children and families affected by cancer. This role allows me to stay connected to my commitment to social impact, which has been a defining value in my life and career.
